| Biography:
Nasser Modiri received his M.S
degree from the University of Southampton, U.K., and Ph.D degree
from the University of Sussex, U.K in 1986 and 1989, respectively.
In 1988, he joined the Networking Centre of Hemel Hempstead, U.K.,
and in 1989 he worked as a Principal Engineer at Systern Telephone
Company (STC) Telecommunications Systems, U.K.
In 1990, he
worked at Teknekron Communications Systems as a Systems Engineer,
working on the British Telecom Conceret Project. He is currently
sensor engineer at the Network Equipment Technologies (NET),
California. His cur rent research interests include dynamically
testing ISO-based systems and development of graphical based
OSI/Network Management (NM) FORUM Managed Objects Compilers
